Experiment:
This is a fight scene using subjective camera work. We did this to compare a POV beat down versus a medium shot from behind the person hitting. As you can see we chose the POV beat-down because it looks better and the audience gets a real feel for how hard he is being hit.
If we did choose the other one we would of had to have a stuntman (unless the subject doesn't mind being hit in the face) which makes the choice a little clearer. Doing the POV will be easier as well as better-looking.
For our final product we have chosen to do a POV shot to boost potential marks.

ReplyDeleteExplain why this makes sense to do - remember what we said about wooden acting and doing stunts - this overcomes this, why? Editi the post and explain.
